The price of outside sites varies according to the size of the plot. Exhibitors are required to provide their own signage and Marquees.

A current copy of insurance is required upon receipt of your Site Registration Form.
Payment is to be received within 10 days of invoicing or your exclusive allocation of the site may be cancelled. Please note that a cancellation fee of $550.00 (inc. GST) applies should you withdraw your registration after Friday, 28th March 2008.
Late registration fees will apply: Registrations received after Friday 29th February 2008 will attract a 10% increase and after Monday 10th March 2008 a 20% increase.

Electricity: 10 amp single phase power, 1 power point and 2 lights are supplied for all indoor booths. If you require further electricity needs, please specify requirements.
Note: All exhibitors are requested to supply their own extension cords and extension power boards.
All must be tagged and tested by a qualified electrician.
Wireless Internet connections are available for indoor booths - please contact Telstra.
Landline connections are available by request.
