2007 XSTRATA MOUNT ISA MINING EXPO UPDATE # 10

The 2007 Xstrata Mount Isa Mining Expo is on track to break all records in the event's 13 year history with a record 116 sites already registered.

There are a number of events running in conjunction with the Expo this year and they are as follows:

• The 2007 Xstrata Mount Isa Mining Expo Gala Opening Function
  Monday 30th April at the Mount Isa Irish Club Function Room, 6.30pm for a 7pm start. Two free tickets per site - additional tickets $55.00 each

• The Xstrata Mount Isa Mining Expo Networking Dinner
  Tuesday 1st May at the Buffs Club Billabong Lounge 7.00pm. Tickets $35.00 available from the Chamber (or Site F15 at the Expo)

• The Townsville Port Authority & MITEZ Breakfast
  Wednesday 2nd May at the All Seasons Verona Hotel from 7.30am - 9.00am. This event is free to all exhibitors.

• Exhibitors BBQ
  Wednesday 2nd May at the Civic Centre. This event is free to all exhibitors.

• Closing Ceremony
  Thursday 3rd May Venue TBA. This event is free to all exhibitors.

In addition to these events, the Meet the Buyer forums will be running on the Wednesday (2nd) and Thursday (3rd) and also the Carpentaria Minerals Province (CMP) Mine Information Seminars will run on Tuesday (1st) and Wednesday (2nd).

Also, reminders for:

• Everyone to bring extension cords if they are required. All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged before use. Could you please advise as soon as possible if you require anything other than single phase power?
• ID badges are currently being printed - please return your ID form ASAP.
• A copy of current Insurance is required before you set up your booth.
