The price of outside sites varies according to the size of the plot. Exhibitors are required to provide their own signage and Marquees.

Payment is to be received within thirty working days of invoicing or your exclusive allocation of the site may be cancelled. (Please note that a cancellation fee of $500.00 applies should you withdraw your registration after 13 April, 2007).
Late registration fees will apply: Registrations received after 1st March 2007 will attract a 10% increase and after 1st April 2007 a 20% increase.

Booth Information
Each exhibitor will receive a NQ Exhibitions Kit upon confirmation of your site booking.
Walls: Booths are constructed from a quality Framelock Boothing System. Back and side wall panels are covered with a silver-grey Velcro receptive fabric. Different colour wall panels are available subject to availability.
Flooring: Booth floors are covered with carpet tiles. Booths in the foyer of the Mount Isa Civic Centre will have the venue's existing carpet floor. Other flooring options are available.
Signage: Each booth includes a standard 1.8m long x 20cm high white corflute with black lettering company sign for each aisle frontage. Company logos and other colours are available at an additional cost.
Lighting & Power: Each booth will be fitted with a set of dual 75watt directional spotlights and a 4-amp power supply. Exhibitors are requested to supply any power boards and extension cables. Please note that all electrical equipment must comply with OHS&W regulations and bear a current electrical test tag.
Furniture: NQ Exhibitions has an extensive range of furniture items available for hire. Please ensure that your furniture requirements are ordered by the deadline as only a limited quantity of furniture will be available for late orders.
Custom Booths: NQ Exhibitions can also assist with booth upgrade packages to suit exhibitor's corporate image and budget and ensure that their company stands out from the crowd. Interested exhibitors should contact NQ Exhibitions to discuss these options.
