Site Information

Exhibitors have a choice of various sites including display booths, outside land only sites and undercover space only sites.

NQ Exhibitions have been engaged to provide booths and offer a comprehensive range of exhibition furniture, plants and display items.

Marquees are available to hire from Doug Edes Marquee Hire for outside sites.

Electricity

Electricity is available to all sites. Exhibitors are requested to supply any power boards and extension cables. Please advise exact electrical requirement on registration form.

Security

Security will operate from Thursday 26th April to Saturday 5th May, 2007. Security Passes will be issued to exhibitors upon registration on Monday 30th April.

Please contact organisers if you have any concerns.

Display Set-up & Removal Times

Set up times of displays is between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday 30th April. The option of setting up on Sunday 29th April is available. Please contact organisers if you wish to set up on Sunday.
Removal is to be completed between 2.00pm Thursday and 5.00pm Friday 4th May.
Exhibitors are asked to register at the site office before setting up displays. (Monday 30th April)

Catering

Catering will operate during Expo and is available for exhibitors wishing to hold on-site functions.

Exhibitor Lounge

The Exhibitor Lounge is available for the use of all Exhibitors throughout Expo. The lounge provides an ideal area for exhibitors to talk in comfort with prospective clients.

Telecommunications

Telephone and internet lines are available to your site. Please contact organisers to arrange connection.

Opening Function

The Opening Function for Expo will be held on Monday 30th April, 2007. This function is regarded as a contact opportunity for exhibitors and guests. Two tickets per exhibitor have been included in the costing of sites. Extra tickets are available at the site office at $55.00 per ticket.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Your organisation might be interested in providing sponsorship for a segment of Expo. As the Expo is non-profit, sponsorship is sought at a very attractive mutual benefit ratio. Your firm or organisation is assured of prominent recognition for your sponsorship.

Packages include Opening Cocktail Function, Studio Sessions, Ministerial Breakfast, Technical Breakfast, Showcase of special product, New product signs, General Signs, Committee Awards and Champagne Spots.

Information sheets providing details, obligations and contributions for each package are available on request.

Site Office

The Site Office is situated adjacent to the Expo Pavilion. All exhibitors are asked to register before setting up displays on Monday 30th April.

Insurance

Please note your requirement for property and liability insurance, ensure that all of your equipment has adequate insurance coverage during the Expo as the organisers take no responsibility for damage to or theft of equipment. A current copy of insurance is required at the time of registration.

Storage

Limited storage will be available. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of packing cases from their site to the storage area

Payment is to be received within thirty working days of invoicing or your exclusive allocation of the site may be cancelled. (Please note that a cancellation fee of $500.00 applies should you withdraw your registration after 13 April, 2007).

Late registration fees will apply: Registrations received after 1st March 2007 will attract a 10% increase and after 1st April 2007 a 20% increase.
