Good afternoon,

The 2009 Xstrata Mount Isa Mining Expo is just 27 days away! We are well on track to fully book out this event, and just to promote our last few remaining booths, we have one special indoor site available for the price of $2299.00!

Additional ticket sales for the Xstrata Gala Opening Dinner and Port of Townsville “Mining the Carpentaria” Breakfast will be open to all exhibitors on March 2nd, and to the general public on March 4th. If you wish to purchase a table at either event, please call the Chamber for more details.

For all exhibitors:

• Exhibitor Directory - Please note that all exhibitor information for the official directory is due prior to February 27th. If you have any enquiries regarding the directory, please contact Rae or Patrick at Inflight Magazine on 07 3891 7793.
• Meet the Buyer Sessions - A run sheet will be provided to all exhibitors on March 2nd to sign up for these unique opportunities. There will be several purchasing officers available from various mine sites to personally meet with companies at selected times.
• Forklift Usage - The forklift run sheet will be sent to all exhibitors on March 2nd. Please fill out your site requirements and return it back to the Chamber.
• Documentation - All exhibitors are required to have returned all information and requested documents to the Chamber by March 2nd. These documents were included in the Exhibitor's Information Pack and include the Registration and Events Sign Up Sheet, the signed Terms and Conditions, and a copy of the company's certificate of currency for public liability.
• Payment - Final payment for any site must be finalised prior to the Exhibition, or you may risk forfeiting your site.
