All seats have now been reserved for The Mining the Carpentaria Breakfast. For those that have still not returned their Attendance Listing Form back to the Chamber please note this when filling out the form as there are no available places.

Items of Information
BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY

To complete your exhibitor registration, the following forms need to be returned to the Chamber Office by Close of Business today:

• Registration Form
• Exhibitor Directory Information Form
• A copy of organisations insurance information
• ABN
• Attendance Listing Form

Use of Forklift

There will be two forklifts available on Monday 14 April 2008 for exhibitor bump-in. Forklift operators will be on-site, however you need to be allocated a time for the use of the forklift to set up your site display. It is therefore essential if you require the use of the forklift that you inform the Chamber Office via email so we can organise a time slot for you. Please notify the office by close of business tomorrow, Friday 4 April 2008.

STORAGE

There is temporary storage facilities available at Buchanan Park and you can organise to have your equipment freighted to the site as early as next week. Items must be clearly marked with your organisation name and contact details and the number of packages arriving (e.g. clearly mark packages 1 of 1 if there is only 1 package or 1 of 4 packages etc).

All items will be signed in by Buchanan Park staff and will need to be signed out by a representative of your organisation on Bump In on Monday 14 April 2008.

This temporary storage facility is for items such as promotional and display equipment. Storage for larger display items such as machinery and heavy equipment needs to be organised by contacting the Chamber Office.

CLOSING FUNCTION
FREE 2009 BOOTH - LUCKY DOOR PRIZE

This year's Closing Function is going to be a spectacular event and to make the night even more of a 'gamble' we will be giving away a free booth at the 2009 Mount Isa Mining Expo. All you need to do is be there on the night and the booth could be yours!!!!
