With the event approaching extremely fast, it is vital that all exhibitors send in their Exhibitors Attendance Listing by latest 28 March 2008.
All exhibitors receive two free sets of tickets with each site purchase. A set of tickets includes passes to all events and luncheons with the exception of the Telstra Country Wide Exhibitors Networking Dinner on Tuesday 15 April which is an additional $30 per person. Reservations for this dinner need to be registered through the Chamber. If we do not have your reservation by the 28 March we will release your position at these events as places are extremely limited and in demand.
Additional exhibitor ticket sets can be purchased from the Chamber Office for $275 each, or $500 for a set of two.
Anyone that is not an exhibitor is entitled to attend the Opening Function and the MITEZ and Port of Townsville Mining the Carpentaria Breakfast. To purchase tickets to these events, please download and complete the Function Attendees Listing Form and forward it to the Chamber by 28 March 2008.
Please also be aware that any additional entries to the Exhibitor's Addendum must be submitted before 28 March 2008.
