Just a quick update to inform exhibitors that entries into the official Exhibitor
Directory are now closed. Any additional entries need to be forwarded to the
Mount Isa Chamber of Commerce by week ending Friday 7 March 2008 and
will be included into the addendum inserted into the directory.
Accommodation is filling fast and we recommend that you book your accommodation
as soon as possible. A list of accommoadtion outlets within the city, donated by Outback at Isa, is available for download.
In addition, in order to adequately organise the catering for our networking
events could you please forward your Exhibitor's Directory Information Form
which entails how many people will be coming to which events.
Please note that all exhibitors receive two free tickets to open events except the Networking Dinner
at the Buffs Club on Wednesday the 16 April which will be $30 per person.
We are also finalising name badges and these names can also be forwarded by
filling in the Exhibitor Directory Form. All confirmed exhibitors will be sent a
confirmation email verifying all names of attendees with an events attendance
listing with a deadline of Friday the 14th March.
With only six weeks left until the Xstrata Mount Isa Mining Expo things are
getting extremely exciting. We recommend that all exhibitors forward the Exhibitors
Directory Information Form to us as soon as possible, as well as the
Events Attendance Listing to make it the occasion an organised and hassle free
experience for all involved.
